DOICRUTIN
Our tasting room in the ancient village of Neive
I DOICRUTIN is the place designed by Marco and Massimo Barbero where every wine lovers can taste the wines of Cascina Fonda in the amazing context of Borgo Antico di Neive.
The name DOICRUTIN comes from the Piedmontese dialect and means “two cellars”, as in ancient times the "crutin" were niches dug into the tuff where there was a natural temperature favorable for the conservation of wine and food.
The rooms of DOICRUTIN date back to the beginning of XVII century and there are two ancient “crutin” that you can visit while tasting a glass of our wines in a magical and unique atmosphere.
The spaces are designed and built to combine tradition and modernity, with the possibility of receiving you in our dehors or inside for an aperitif with cold cuts, local cheeses and, of course, the whole wide range of our wines.
I DOICRUTIN is open from Friday to Sunday from 15.00 onwards and we are waiting for you in the context of one of the most beautiful villages in Italy to introduce you our wines.
