Brut Metodo Classico V.S.Q.

First produced in 2004.
Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes come from the tops of the green hills of the High Langa where vineyards are spaced out with woods.

Grape-Variety 60% uva chardonnay e 40% uva pinot nero
Metod of Production Vinification, soft pressure of grapes, static decantation and fermentation at controlled temperature with selected yeasts.
No Malo-lactic fermentation.
Refining in conditioning area, bottles lye for 15 months and then disgorging.
Date of Bottling first disgorging in November  2010.
Colour Brilliant, medium density straw-yellow.
Nose Clear and wide with overtones of bread crumbs, honey and white flowers.
Taste Full, aromatic, slightly acid with pleasant and long lasting aftertaste.
Mousse Bubbly, lively and uniform.
Perlage Tiny and well-knit, persistent and creamy.
Best served with At best as aperitif, it goes well with horse d'oeuvres and fish dishes.
Minimun ageing by law None; it' s best drunk in a pair of years.
Serving temperature 5° - 6° C.
Bottles produced 2.000 da 75 cl
Storage Store lying down somewhere cool, dark, quiet and well-ventilated.
